Who is Long Island Elite?

Long Island Elite (LIE) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is dedicated to fostering the development of Long Island’s business and philanthropic communities.

Since 2002, we have focused on cultivating the growth and leadership capabilities of Long Island business professionals, while raising awareness and funds for local charities. We strive to make a difference in our own backyard by bettering the community around us.

Our Mission

Our core goal is to bring Long Island’s young business professionals together to support each other’s careers through a variety of networking, business, and community functions.

Together, we take a leadership role in helping local nonprofits raise money and gain more recognition. As a philanthropic liaison, Long Island Elite provides forums such as special events, outreach programs, and symposiums to help our partner organizations grow and thrive.

Meet Our Members

Long Island Elite members are a diverse group of professionals recognized as leaders in major business sectors. As a group, we strive to make a positive impact on our local business and philanthropic communities.

2023 Charity Partner of the Year: Paws of War

The Long Island Elite is proud to announce Paws of War as its charity partner for 2023. The mission of Paws of War is to train and place shelter and support dogs to serve and provide independence to our U.S. military veterans that suffer from the emotional and physical effects of war. In turn, each veteran can experience the therapeutic and unconditional love only a companion animal can bring. Also, to provide animals rescue for our troops serving overseas. Please visit the Paws of War website to learn more about the important and significant work they are doing.
