Long Island, NY – Long Island Elite (LIE), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering the growth and development of local Long Island business professionals and emerging regional leaders, is proud to recognize Elisa Rosenthal as its 2024 Member of the Year. Rosenthal was awarded this honor for her contributions to the networking and philanthropy group at the organization’s annual fundraising gala, supporting its Charity Partner of the Year Eden II Programs. Rosenthal, who holds the dual role of Long Island Elite Board Member and Chair of the Gala Committee, has focused on bringing all members of the organization, new and existing, together to raise funds for this year’s charity partner through a dynamic event held at the historic Oheka Castle in Huntington. Through her leadership, this annual event allows members and LIE supporters to build experiences, promote business, and foster relationships, all while supporting a local Long Island not-for-profit organization.
Rosenthal is the principal of Rosenthal Law LLC, a concierge law practice that focuses on the areas of elder law and general civil litigation. Providing personalized attention to clients, as well as to detail, ensures that clients’ wishes are carried out, even when they can no longer advocate for themselves. A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, Rosenthal utilizes her experience in litigation at the state, federal and appellate courts level to advocate for at-risk individuals in the community. She is a member of the Part 36 Panel of the Office of Court Administration and has been appointed on numerous occasions to assist with complex and sensitive litigation matters in various roles. Rosenthal is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and serves as the section’s Secretary, sits on the board of the Nassau Academy of Law, is a member of the New York State Bar Foundation and a member the ACLD Foundation Board.
“Elisa has been a longtime member of our organization, but her involvement, dedication and new roles took her and the LIE to new heights in 2024, and she is well deserving of such an award” said Long Island Elite President Benjamin Cooper, having been a Member of the Year winner himself in 2022.
