In addition to its annual Member of the Year recognition, the Long Island Elite has launched a recognition program for a new member who has gone above and beyond. Jennifer Fink of Lutech Industries has been announced as the organization’s first Rookie of the Year. Fink has been an integral member of the LIE Communications and Charity Committee, helping to extend the reach of both the LIE mission and fundraising initiative for charity partner Paws of War. Her coordination and presence of marketing and engagement tools such as social media have led to more awareness for both organizations.
For Lutech Industries, Fink works with local and global health organizations to implement high definition HPV-related cancer detection solutions. She helped to develop the first HD mobile colposcope, a device that expands access to cervical cancer detection and improves the documentation of trauma.
Fink has also been recognized for her work by Long Island Business News, receiving its Corporate Citizenship Award in 2022 and its Executive Circle Award in 2023. She resides in Smithtown.
