Long Island Elite Announces Hailey Hurson as its 2025 Rookie of the Year
Long Island, NY – Long Island Elite (LIE), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering the growth and development of local Long Island business professionals and emerging regional leaders, is proud to recognize Hailey Hurson as its 2025 Rookie of the Year. The Rookie of the Year recognition highlights a new member who has gone above and beyond, embracing the group’s mission and philanthropic spirit.
Hailey was awarded this honor for her contributions to the organization’s annual fundraising gala and other initiatives, including support of the LIE’s 2025 Charity Partner of the Year, HorseAbility.
Hailey Hurson is the Director of Data Analytics and Governance at CardWorks, leading data programs that strengthen financial reporting and support operational goals. She delivers enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM), Reference Data Management (RDM) and data quality solutions that improve compliance, reduce costs and expand self-service analytics. Known for her ability to align technical and executive teams, Hailey builds metadata and lineage frameworks, manages large-scale data migrations and develops high-performing analytics teams.
Hailey holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Economic Analysis from Binghamton University.
