FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Long Island Elite (LIE) is proud to recognize Michele Rebetti of Crestcom as its 2020 Member of the Year. Rebetti was awarded this honor for her contributions to the business and philanthropy networking group during the difficult year in which the COVID pandemic forced many to stay indoors. Despite this, Rebetti was integral in fostering relationships, hosting virtual events and assisting the LIE in raising more than $100,000 for the organizations charity partner of the year.
Rebetti has a Master’s Degree from Hofstra University in Industrial Organizational Psychology and has worked in the training and development field for more than 20 years. She has experience in creating and facilitating dynamic management and employee development workshops, as well as in organization development in many diverse industries throughout New York State.
Rebetti owns a franchise of Crestcom, specializing in management and leadership training for many Long Island businesses. She helps companies improve their productivity and profitability by helping managers to develop the skills that sharpen their focus on the bottom-line and enhance their organization’s ability to excel in their market. Rebetti focuses on the often-overlooked people skills that can positively impact morale, productivity, performance and profits.
Rebetti is also an Assistant Professor at Farmingdale State College in the Psychology Department. She is a professional speaker, Past President of ATD (Association for Talent Development), Chair of Programming for SHRM and a volunteer in her community.
